Saturday at the Post Office Museum
 
 
* Saturday 31 March Opening of the Postal Museum Store in Debden.
 
A family friendly event, with lots going on for everyone including craft activities. Informal tours, lots to see and do, and there are usually some GPO Film Unit films to watch as well.

Epping Forest Field Centre Events

The Epping Forest Field Centre, High Beach, can be found around the back of the Kings Oak Pub carpark next to the Visitor's Centre
 
 
Tuesday 3 April 2012, 1pm - 4pm, Pond Dipping Drop 
Families are welcome to arrive anytime. Places must be reserved in advance. £4 per person.

Saturday 14 April 2012, 7pm - 9.30pm, Family Bats Walk
The course will inlcude a brief introductory talk about the type of bats particpants migth expect to see, an illustrated talk about bats and a chance to see bat speciments close up iin the classroom. Places must be reserved in advance. £6 per person.
 
 
Wednesday 4 April; Thursday 5 April; Tuesday 10 April; Wednesday 11 April 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm, Safaris - holiday activities for children. Safaris are two hour activities for children. Parents are not required to stay with their children during the safari. Places must be booked in advance. £6 per child, per session.

Sunday 22 April for children of all ages and their parents.
